Palm Tree Drive: A Case Study
On 02-03-2016 at 1830 hours I was dispatched to 3619 Palm Tree Drive in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Shelby Bissette, who informed me of the following:-
- He and his Girlfriend where arguing over money and disciplining the children.
- During the argument his girlfriend told him she was going to shot him.
- He then and sent and got her gun and handed it to her and told her to do it.
- He wants her to leave.

Bissette girlfriend left and went to her mother’s for the evening and contact was later made with Bissette who advised an officer he had go to Doniphan
