Palamon
Palamon Capital Partners is a private equity partnership. We invest throughout Europe in service-orientated businesses with high growth potential. With 1.1 billion of funds under management, we are backed by some of the biggest investment institutions in the world.

We have three major objectives when making an investment: to provide sufficient funds and time to allow the business to reach its full potential; to support and help entrepreneurs build their companies; and to enable our investors to achieve an appropriate return.

Palamon Capital Partners was established in 1999 as an independent professional partnership, wholly owned and operated by its partners.

Our role is to help recognise opportunities for businesses where these components are achievable but may not yet be a reality. We combine our ability to invest with our broad business experience to provide the platform the entrepreneur needs to succeed. At Palamon we understand that, however compelling the opportunity, it takes time for potential to be fully realised. Therefore, when we make an investment, our sole aim is to help maximise that potential, for all the stakeholders, no matter how long it takes.

Our multi-cultural investment team is one of the most experienced within the European middle market. Our investment model has stood the test of economic cycles and has proved itself across geographical regions. We have developed a flexible approach, borne out of extensive local market knowledge, which enables us to overcome disparate cultural, legal and regulatory environments. While we consider proposals for all European service-sector companies, our expertise, interest and outstanding network of contacts are primarily focused within the following industries:

• media and communications

• financial services

• leisure and retail

• business services

• software services

• healthcare.

Whatever the transaction, we look for the following elements:
