I got fifty percent or above on my entire percentile scores but one which compared to some classmates wasn’t bad. My only issue was my flexibility that I received a ten percent. This scared me because I have always been a very athletic guy and never thought this would be my issue. I have committed myself after seeing my scored to eat a less fat diet to help my body composition. Also getting in the gym more and doing more callisthenic exercises to improve my muscular endurance and strength. Try to run two miles at least twice a week or run a mile every other day. When it comes to my flexibility, I feel my percentile was low do to not warming up or stretching prior to the exam, regardless I will always try to stretch prior exerting and definitely after every activity. Lastly, the most important things health related action is no smoking or alcoholic

Do you think that your evaluation of the most important fitness components for your sport were correct? (Explain) – yes I think that for my specific sport in which was football, I think I chose the right fitness components which were; muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and agility. Muscular endurance is important in football so that you are able to use voluntary muscles as long as you want in the duration of the football match without becoming tired or worn out. Cardiovascular fitness was definitely one of the right fitness components because you need cardiovascular fitness in a football game because you need to sustain your fitness throughout the duration of the football game in order to maintain your stamina. Agility is an important fitness component in my chosen specific sport; football because agility means the ability to change the position of the body quickly and with control. Agility is essential in football because you need to be able to change pace in different directions and a fast speed in order to beat the player and also to be in control of the ball at the same time.…
