(a) Problem 1 –
Sunny request to increase the production of application processor by providing constant limited resources. For example, it is like he is giving 100% input resources but he want 120% of output in return. It is nearly impossible to increase the production when the supporting resources remain unchanged. The functions of management is to Plan, Organize, Lead and Control. During the planning process, Sunny does not taken these important matters into consideration, which is the duration and scope of planning and the internal external influences. Therefore, he is planning it in the wrong way, it might be efficient but it is not effective. The limited resources provided neither human nor non-human resources

Sunny's proposition to set up a Planning Department particularly for planning for the entire Oxygen Z's organisational direction where the Planning Department will appoint the top planners in the market for planning the sales and production of the application processor for the present and future. Departments as such will use up to date gadgets and methods to conduct studies and precipitate forecasts , they might ignore the managers they exist to serve in Oxygen Z. Often, a great deal of extensive experience gained by managers outside the planning department gets ignored.

(d) Problem 4- Delegation of Authority
Sunny asked his team manager, Richard Genes, to take up some of his workload while Sunny was away for his business trip in the United States of America. Moreover, Sunny emphasize that Richard should have close monitor to the production line so that there is no delay in meeting the production schedules. However, Richard Genes was not given any authorities to make any corrective steps to the production schedule if necessary. Richard Genes will still have to get permission from Sunny to make any changes to the team in order to adapt to the changing situation. Operation of Production Equipments (24hour)
To minimize the cost, it is not advisable to increase the number or amount of the production machines. But in the other way, we can still increase the production by changing the working operation into 24hours.

2. Cheaper raw material (bulking)
To increase its revenues, oxygen Z can cut its cost by getting cheaper raw materials while producing application processor. The company should do more survey on getting the cheaper raw materials or buy the materials in bulk so that they can get the materials at the cheapest price hence they can increase their revenues. Hence, Oxygen Z should make an effort in getting a reliable supplier that offers the purchase in the right amount at the right price at the right time to gain an competitive edge.

1. Provide the worker more benefits in return
As we want more from the worker, we should also provide them more benefits so that they are more willing to work for us. The benefits could be increase their salary, offer them a better work conditions, pay them the overtime payments or annual leave.
