Overuse Injuries In Youth Sports
“ Problems In Overuse Injuries and Heartbreak”

Did you know that years of training in youth sports has caused overuse injuries? If you play one sports five days a week year round you might cause an injury. In recent years overuse injuries have risen making up half of all sports related injuries among kids and teens. Under pressure kids are playing harder and they won’t stop when they are hurt. Overuse injuries can do more than affect your game; they can affect your life. The problems in youth sports today include overuse injuries and heartbreak, but playing different sports can help bring back the joy.

Many kids feel pressure under their coach and teammates so when they get hurt they might not admit it. You could miss an entire season
