Overcoming Obstacles In My Personal Life
In my personal life I have been challenged with many limit situations. One limit situation that I feel really helped define me was when my uncle passed away. My uncle Ivan was very influential to me when I was growing up. In my house, I currently live with my mother, father, brother, aunt and three cousins. When my uncle was alive he lived downstairs from me. I could go to my uncle for anything, but my uncle’s physical presence was taken from me and I was only left with his spiritual presence. When my uncle passed away I was emotionally distraught. When my uncle passed away I was able to show strength. I knew I couldn’t act as if life was over due to this devastating loss because it would make my cousins feel hopeless. I had to act with strength
