Outsiders: Similarities Between The Movie And The Novel
The “ outsiders” movie and novel are a good example of stereotypes. They are very similar. They also have their differences. The movie and book are very similar. Both have the same setting. They all live in Tulsa Oklahoma. Darry, Ponyboy, Sodapop, and Johnny. Boys part of the greaser gang. Though the movie and novel also have some differences. Huge roles are almost unrecognizable in the movie. Darry shoves Ponyboy in the movie. He slaps him hard on the back in the book. In the movie, there are kids that ask Dally for money.
While in the novel, there aren’t any kids who ask for money. Another difference between the two, is the use of characters. Sodapop plays a big role in the book. In the movie,
