Outcome oriented is one of the entrepreneurial traits that highly needed and applied to run the business by the entrepreneurs. Outcome Oriented also known as result oriented. The meaning of outcome oriented is emphasizing on the results and outcomes rather than the process to meet the outcomes (Management Transitions, 2012). When age seventeen, she married. She had go through three marriage. The first marriage ended in 1952. The second husband had died in 1963 (Encyclopedia of World Biography, 2016).
In 1952, she took a sales job at World Gift Company in Dallas, Texas. She start to develop her theory of marketing and sales, which included offering sales incentives to the customer as well as the sales force. Mary Kay Ash was hardworking and intelligent, but at that time women were hardly get opportunities for advancement. She quit the job but she didn’t give up (Encyclopedia of World Biography, 2016).
In 1963, she founded her own company and named it as ‘Beauty by Mary Kay’. Her company focus on sell a skin cream to which she had purchased the manufacturing rights. Mary Kay Ash offer the career opportunities in her company to any woman who had the creativity required to sell Mary Kay cosmetics.
