Our Faith In God
“My faith in God”
Our faith is the key to please God, so our relationship with the Lord is reliant on it .Faith in God was gifted to us, but it is our choice to continue having faith or not. Having faith in God will help us to solve our problems and the things we need to continue our everyday life. Our wishes and dreams will be based on the faith we give, though even if it is as little as an ant, it will be granted but only if the wish you want was good and for the sake of all. Everything the Lord does for us is accessed through our faith.
God’s faith is a gift that cannot be seen but we believe. We haven’t seen God or the devil but we believe in them. We should do the things God commands us like Abraham, Moses and any other disciples. Abraham doesn’t know where to go but God command him and so he was to obey, Moses chose to left by faith and be mistreated than he would enjoy pleasures of sin in a short period of time yet, still he didn’t mind the king’s angerfor what the God commands and the other disciples done the things God command’s them to do even it is a hurtful sacrifice. The Bible is our manual with detail instructions, but just like in the natural, few people take the time to really study it. They are impatient and want to do it on their own. They may reach some level of success, but to really be proficient, they have to read the book. Even they do read the book, they don’t act the way it is even they already read the manual they need, they only heard and read them but they don’t act the way it should.
Many people have done that, even me, but we cannot do directly to it. It must need of patience and time to understand what it is and how we should act of it yet we still managed to do the basics like for example: praying, thanking the blessings we received, help the one who’s in need, teach and learn from others for what is the right and wrong. Faith in God helps and guides meto everyday life, it can give me knowledge to know if the thing we’re doing is

All throughout generations, humans have desired to know what to put their faith into when it appears that God is not there. To Louie Zamperini, he finds that if he does not put his trust in the Lord and does not ask to be saved, that he would surely be put to death. Through Laura Hillenbrand’s Unbroken, pastor Billy Graham displays how impactful God is through maintaining faith and how to live that life through Him: “What God asks of men, said Graham, is faith. His Invisibility is the truest test of that faith. To know who sees him, God makes himself unseen.” (Hillenbrand 190)…

Part One of Elmer Towns’ Concise Bible Doctrines introduces Christian theology by outlining the key pieces of the doctrine to help the reader understand Christianity and faith. Towns begins by saying that the main purpose of Bible doctrine is to communicate the gospel to the people at a point of need. Every man has the same need because every man is cut off from God. Man is born with a sin nature, and because he is less than holy, he is isolated and alienated from God. Death is imminent for everyone, but God communicates through the Bible that through Jesus Christ, man can be saved. The word “gospel” means “good news.” It is the responsibility of every Christian to reach out in relationships to the unsaved in sharing this news, and to other Christians in fellowship. Christians are called to seek God, and study the Bible to learn to know Him better, and worship Him always. Proper worship of God requires faith; the source of which is the Bible. Doctrinal faith is the beginning and the test of Christianity. If our statement of faith is wrong, than our faith is misplaced. Our faith must be grounded on correct knowledge of God. However, intellectual knowledge of God is not enough. Emotional expression and volition are equally important. The Holy Spirit acts on behalf of Jesus Christ to plant faith in a Christian’s heart. He indwells us, and helps us exercise our faith daily. We can grow in our faith by studying God’s word, seeking the Lord, confessing sin, actively following biblical principles, and constantly communicating with God. Faith is ultimately a reliance and trust of God, and the Bible teaches us to rely on Him for everything.…

Faith is a commitment, an action of making the commitment real which is passionate, and something you doubt. The harder the commitment, the deeper the passion. To Kierkegaard, doubt is necessary for personal identity which happens to be faith. In Fear and Trembling, Abraham tried to explain to Isaac that he is to be sacrificed, but said, “Do you think it is God’s command? No, it is my desire” (9). Abraham acted in this manner for Isaac to not blame God, but to blame Abraham himself. Issac should not lose faith in God where an analogy was used to show a mother blacken her breast milk to withdraw the child from suckling her breast. The mother remains the same, but the breast changes. Abraham did what God asked him to do, however, it was unwillingly nor did he understood.…

With a church on just about every corner it is clear that faith is crucial in our society. Faith keeps our moral compasses pointing in the right direction and gives us something to believe in when all hope has vanished. It keeps us linked to one another in a monumental way, providing us a more socially responsible attitude. We as humans have faith that whatever “higher power” or “God” we believe in is watching out for us. There is a “plan” in everything we endure; nothing is…

    1. Because of man’s ignorance and curiosity, arguments for the existence of God have been made over the years. Basically, these arguments are divided into two large groups i.e. logical and metaphysical. Actually, these arguments seek to prove that the existence of a being or having faith with at least one attribute that only God could have is logically necessary.…

Throughout ones journey in life, our individual perceptions of faith in God, in mankind, and in ourselves, guide us along our path. In life our faith is what keeps us going. A person 's faith is not necessarily their religion, but can also be what they believe in or morals. Often times in life, events or people cause a person to lose faith in what they are doing or even in themselves. For example, a player on a football team goes into a game with their mind set on winning. During the game they lose the best player on the team on the first play of the game and the other team scores within seconds of the start of the game. Events like that during a game is enough to cause many players on the team to lose faith in themselves as well as the team. Our faith can also determine whether or not we overcome an obstacle in life. If a person believes strongly enough in what they are doing he will almost always come out of a situation victorious. In the Young Goodman Brown, his faith is tested throughout the story.…

The world is anything but a perfect place. And even though so many of us live in luxurious houses and have access to so many technologies, there are always going to be people who need help. Whether it be money, taking to someone or saving lives. There are so many problems and issues people can have. It can be a large country as a whole, like third world countries who struggle to find water and food for themselves or someone battling depression. People have faith because they need to believe something good can happen for them. They need to know that someone is watching over them and that they are not alone.
