Evaluation Essay: Orso of NYC One of my very favorite restaurants I only get to visit once a year but greatly enjoy eating there is Orso. Orso is considered a fancy and upper class Italian restaurant in the theatre district of New York. Orso is a small restaurant but is always fully occupied. Many times you have to make reservations months in advance. You can consider that proof in it that Executive Chef Victor Flores and his line of cooking staff create exquisite dishes with flavors that will light up your life. Orso is the kind of restaurant you go to for an anniversary or to very fancy events such as a wedding, engagement party. Being it is a smaller restaurant the tables are a little bit close together where the volume of neighboring diners can be distracting at your own table. The decorations are simple but elegant that attracts your eye with its unique style. The outside of the restaurant is somewhat hidden being that it is 5 steps down below the street level, if you weren’t aware of the exact location you wouldn’t have paid attention while walking past it.
