The first biblical reference to clothes appears in Genesis 3…
Shortly after Adam and Eve ate the fruit from "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil“. They suddenly were aware that they were naked and immediately sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves. Adam said that he hid from God because he was afraid for Him to see him naked, indicating a newly discovered sense of shame This was wrong, as there should be no shame in nakedness before God or between a husband and wife. However, nakedness is not appropriate when other people enter the picture. Immediately after noting that other human beings would come through Eve, the Bible says that
God made clothes out of animal skins to cover the first couple (Genesis 3:20-21).

For many researches, and scientists, Paleolithic society was thought to have been an age of grit, savagery, and masculinity where women are practically wiped out of the history books only to be remembered by crude statutes carved out between 27,000 and 20,000 years ago called Venuses. Such little focus on the women of the Paleolithic era led scientists to misinterpret these Venus statutes as objects of sexual fetishes due to their exaggerated body features, as Angier points out, “Researchers have suggested that the figurines were fertility fetishes, or prehistoric erotica, or gynecology primers.” Angier and several other scientists believe that minor details such as intricate headdresses, string skirts, and belts were overlooked during the observation of the statues.…

With the creation of these new inventions, cloth was made much faster which led to a boost in merchants' profits. Industrial Revolution Research explains the textile industry during the industrial revolution, “The demand for cloth continued to rise, so merchants had to be in competition with others for their supplies to make it. The textile industry is an important aspect in the lives of many Australians, whether it involves wearing the textile products, using it or making them. However, when buying products, social/cultural, economic and legal perspectives need to be considered, as…
