c) Orienting and training Process:

In AlShaheer Foods, when the person is hired there is two to three days of orientation of the employee. In these days the company share its mission, vision, also share the company’s goal, then some specific information about the all departments is provided to the new employee and during these days company’s history is also told to the new employee. Then he meets with the supervisors where he learns.
In case of training there are “training nomination” which are usually done by the supervisors of the relevant department. Training need analysis is done every year.
• Challenge in training:
The biggest challenge in training is the training need analysis as everyone has different needs, so supervisors help in it

As the employee gets entered in the company he feels proud of becoming the part of this team. He can proudly introduce himself to others.

• Leaves:
Employee is either contract base or permanent. For the contract base jobs, there are four types of leaves, casual leave 10, sick leave 10 and compensation leave 8. In all three leaves salary is given to them and on rational leaves there are special allowances for that. For permanent employee there is earned leave which 22 per year. These are some of the indirect financial rewards that AlShaheer Foods is giving to its employee so the employee feel satisfied to maximum extent.

g) Health and safety:
• Plan for in-patient:
If the patient is admitted in the hospital then they themselves accommodate their employee. They have their special fund just for their employee’s health. Moreover if any employee gets physical permanent damage then he or she gets his or her salary even if the employee is not able to work again.

• Plan for out-patient:
On the basis of the prescription minimum of 28000 annual salary is given to every individual for his treatment.
