1. What is the mission of the Society? Discuss the symbols of the shield and their meaning.

The mission of the Society is “We build leaders who make a better world”

The shield has three symbols, Σ = Success
Α = Action
Π = Purpose
Two Stars - Accomplishing more together than we would alone.

4. Explain the purpose of the Leadership Training Day exercise.

The purpose of the Leadership Training Day exercise is to give members is to help them achieve their goals and for members to believe within themselves.

5. Where did the Success Networking Team (SNT) concept originate from? What is the role of the SNT within the Society?

The concept of the Success Networking Team came, originally, from Napoleon Hill. Hill was doing research on successful persons. It was through conducting research that participants from the study would meet together and discuss various topics. This was referred to as the Success Networking Team and is still in use today.
