Organizational Philosophies and Technology The importances of organizations to create, maintain, and foster philosophies and pertinent technologies to compete in the global business environment. Organizations must obtain top performing employees and provide current and relevant technology to become a global leader. Ethical standards and guidelines must be created and maintained provide and maintain a positive and productive working environment. Healthy work environment and company culture is imperative in order for an organization to achieve success in a growing technological world, leading the organization to the top of Fortunate 500’s list of the best company to work for. Technology has a vast effect on the organizations human resources functions. Providing system’s and programs that all employees have access to contribute to a positive and productive working environment and company culture.
Ethical Standards and Guidelines Company’s use technology in various ways managing ethical work standards ensuring work productivity is maintained. One way to do this is to block employees from irrelevant websites not associated with the company. The block of these websites is to prevent employees from engaging in any non-ethical situation while getting paid to do his or her job. Blocking irrelevant websites also contributes to any potential legal issues that could develop, for instance should an employee be viewing information from a competing company this would be an unethical situation should the employee add pertinent information from the competitor to the current organizations standard operating procedures or technology. It is important that the companies have the same standard for the production worker as they do for the Chief Executive Officer this standard shows the employees that they expect the same behavior from themselves as he or she do from the employee.     Body planes and body direction are splitting up in the body and divided into sections from top to bottom, from left to right and from front to back. These three groups are called transverse plane, coronal plane, and midsagittal plane. The approach that is used while studying these organs and there functions of specifics regions that’s in the body such as the brain, joint & tendons, and the lungs. The body cavities are the study body cavities and the study of organs in the cavities. This method is used in the study of certain organs in the body and the way diseases can affect different organs in your body. The quadrants and regions are what divided the low torso into four groups and into nine regions that recognize areas were the inner organs are located. This method is a good key point to uses while doing a physical exam of inner organs. Anatomy and physiology studies the body and the way the body works. Also the study of how the cells function in the body. This is a huge approach to uses when conducting a study of the body, cells, and the study of nervous system. Microscopic and Macroscopic are the studies of the tiny parts in the body and how they can form together and make bigger parts. They use this approach when studying the combination that makes organ. Body system is the review of the body’s organs and the way that work in the body. Most use this method when they are studying the system of body like the circulatory system, the respiratory system, and the way it functions in the body.     Body plane, directions, cavities, body systems and medical specialties, anatomy and physiology, microscopic to macroscopic, and quadrants and regions are the seven organizational approaches to studying the human body. They all are used in the human body but are use in different ways. Body planes and body directions is the separation of the body into portion from right and left, top and bottom, and front to back. The frontal plane, midsagittal plane, and the horizontal plane are the portions. This approach is used when analyzing body part and the capacity or particular fields within the body like lungs and brain. The body cavity study body parts in the decayed area and body cavities itself. There are two main cavities; a posterior cavity which is toward the back side of the body and contains the cranial cavity and spinal cavity and a anterior cavity which is toward the front side of the body and is divided into the pectoral cavity and abdominal pelvic cavity. The approach being used is to study a specifically known organ in the human being and in what way disease can influence dissimilar tissues. Anatomy and physiology analyze the makeups within the physique and in what way the capacity works in the tissue. The approach work with analyzing the makeup of the body and how the nervous system work. Also good for explaining to patient how their body part works. Quadrants are another way our bodies are separate into regions for both diagnostic and descriptive purposes. Body regions are used to explain areas of the body that obtain a distinctive capacity or provide by specific blood flow pathway or nerves. When conducting a physical exam within organs, it is a good reference on this approach. Studying of the tiniest piece of the human body is called microscopic and macroscopic approach.
