1.0- Executive Report
This paper focuses on the external and internal determinant of organizational buyer behavior and the influencing of political factor on the organizational buyer behavior decision making.
I started with introduction of the organizational buyer behavior and the related things such as:
Business market definition and content.
Business buyer behavior.
Business to business.
And after that I moved to literature review about the determinant og organizational buyer behavior and I explained the external environmental factor and the internal factor:
1. External environment factors:
Economic
Legal (regulation changes):
Political
Social
Competition
2. Internal factors (organizational factors):
Objectives and Goals
Organizational structure
Procedure and policies
Man power Skills
Then I moved to my research and the aims of my research are :
Searching and explaining the political factor.
Searching and find what influence disciplines does the political factor originate from and how it is supposed to effect organizational buyer behavior theoretically, and explain what the variables or factors effect on the political environment and make influencing in the organizational decision making.
1. Political risk topic and how effect on the business buyer decision making
Risk of Political Instability.
Ownership Risk.
Operations Risk.
Transfer Risk.
Example of the useful of Political factors that effect in organizational business buyer decision making in practical way and how the marketers analyzing the political affecting on business buying decision. I choose two companies:
1. Political determinant influence of MacDonald 's buying behavior decision making
Macdonald 's overview.
Political factor influence on the Macdonald 's business buying decision making.
