This is an organizational behavior report assessing the circumstances of Myers, a clothing retail. Although it has managed 300 stores in UK, Myers faces a number of troubles. The current structure is functional structure with divisional that leads to wide span of control, inefficiency and low communication. To improve the situation, a matrix structure is carried out to ensure frequent communication under shorten span of control in departments for efficient production. Moreover, a new mission statement is created. Finally, to be more specific, SMART objectives, corporate social responsibility and training are recommended as well.

Methodology
There are difficulties in the development of Myers. This report is going to analyze its current problems and put forward solutions to improve the situation. Firstly, we checked formal books and journals for detailed information related to the topic of structures because we aimed at finding issues of Myers now. Secondly, we had group meeting to share opinions and did further discussion. Finally, we accessed to the internet for specific results of homogenous brands to compare with Myers.

Introduction
This is an OB group report about Myers, a clothing retail company which used to aim at providing high quality clothes for all ages. It is now experiencing challenges of development. Therefore, the report is going to assess its current situation and give recommendations to improve the circumstances.
