1.1 IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY
For the purpose of acquiring practical knowledge about working and functioning of a company, Mahatma Gandhi University has incorporated an organizational study into its business management schedule. This organization study helps the researcher to identify the importance of coordination among the different department. The organization study gives the opportunity to focus on the various activities of department of Future Value Retail. This study helps the organization to implement sales force strategy for attracting the customer. It also helps the researcher to identify the sales force strategy and other promotional efforts of the company. This study beneficial to the readers to know about the various products of the Future Value Retail. This study provides a general understanding of the organization.
1.2 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
Organizations are defined as collectivities that have been established for the pursuit of relatively specific objectives on a more or continues basis.
