Oppression Of Animals Movie Analysis
There are several problems in the world that need to be fixed such as global warming, war, hunger, inequality, diseases, overpopulation, poverty, etc. We would have an ideal world if all these problems were fixed. What stands out to me personally is the oppression of animals whether it be of farm animals in factories, rabbits as test subjects in labs, dogs in puppy mills, safari animals being hunted, or rabbits getting their fur ripped out for fashion. As a kid I have always cared for the environment and the animals that inhabit it because of how amazed I was towards it. Nature and animals have always fascinated me. I hope to grow up to help the environment and animals who are powerless. When I was a kid, I saw a movie called Beethoven about a family who brings in a puppy into their family. The antagonists of the movie owned a puppy mill that treated the dogs harshly. Even after watching the movie, I did not believe that they actually exist. I did not know how cruel, greedy, and heartless some people were. I was naive because I used to think that cows, chickens, and pigs lived happily on large fields of grass freely roaming around and that the fur of animals were shaved off without any pain to the animal.
The first time that I thought of wanting to grow up helping animals was about five years ago after I went to the Worcester Animal

Humans should not ever have the right to harm an animals unless in situations of self-defense. It is not morally right to allow the torture that many animals experience in this world. It saddens me to think that billions of animals are killed every day for food. Though I do not know exactly what I would want to when I grow older, I hope to work towards improving the world. The world would be a much happier place if animals were treated

We are using animals in such a horrific way that causes negative changes to the environment. We should always think what this world be if we didn’t have the things we have. We would be miserable and everything would be a competition. There’s lots of people out there working to try to make a difference in this world, but also need people to get involved. It fitted into our course goals and objective because it made me realize how much our world is so corrupt. The only thing we could do is change our ways of thinking, so we can actually live in a peaceful and stable society. Not to think, that we could lose everything in an…

Jeremy Rifkin 's article, “A Change of Heart About Animals” argues that animals are more like humans than we imagine and as a result should be treated with the care that they deserve. Rifkin develops and supports his argument using facts about the animals and these facts end up touching hearts. In order for Rifkin to get his point across he uses a smart technique by using pathos and plays with the emotions of his audience. Rifkin loves animals and his passion and love evokes emotions that the audience can feel. Animals can feel and have emotions similar to ours. in agreement with Rifkin, I argue that it is wrong and inhumane to kill or abuse animals because they feel, they deserve to have space and should be valued as much as humans are It is wrong no animal should be killed due to abuse or testing, it is wrong and inhumane.…

It has always been said that children should experience nature especially children that live in a big city who are not accustomed to the natural world. But why is it that children need to experience nature? What exactly are the benefits of children being in contact with the natural world? In the book Wolves by Renee Askins brings up a few good points on why being in contact with nature is important in a child’s formative years. Askins states “Early contact with animals and wild places can help to develop a matured empathy and capacity for human relationships, for our connection with a sense of place and landscape, all of which are critical to the unfolding of our personalities and our feelings of belonging to a greater planetary community of creatures, place, and people”.…

I believe that animals are very similar to we humans, they feel and have emotions, thus they shouldn’t be mistreated or abused, rather be treated with love and respect. It was on this belief that the ASPCA was founded in 1866. The first anti-cruelty law was passed after their founding. “…..I have developed a deep respect for animals. I consider them fellow living creatures with certain rights that should not be violated any more than those of humans.” (Stewart)…

“Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages.” This quote about animal abuse is from Thomas Edison, an engineer known for his life changing innovations that continue to impact on our world today. Animal abuse is a long-debated problem, often causing the world’s population to split into two sides over the dispute. On one side, are those who say that humans are far superior to animals and other living beings who have been put here solely to feed or entertain us. On the other hand, there are those of us who recognise that these “inferior life forms” should have the same rights as us, and so they deserve the same treatment.…

Talk to your kids about how to treat animals with kindness and respect. We regularly see children in homes where animal abuse has been reported. If a parent isn't treating the family's pets right, we tell the kids that their dog or cat would really appreciate fresh water every day or some daily playtime. If the animal has been left outside without shelter, we'll say, 'You have a nice house, and if you get cold, you can put a coat on. But your dog can't do that.' Children understand that animals are living creatures who have the ability to feel pain, joy and sadness.…

As one of those born in a human society and whose common sense was established by human education, I strongly believe that nobody has a right to kill other men. But if it is a universal truth, I would like to say that it is also the case with other animals because we are all given a life equally. However, it was after I got accustomed to the pleasure of eating meat and fish that I learned the animals’ lives are also precious.…

As a child, I loved being outdoors and all animals. At the age of two, my dad brought me home a stuffed animal chimpanzee, which I named Jubilee. He gave me Jubilee because it was the first time that a chimpanzee was born at the London Zoo. That is when my fascination of chimpanzees began. When I was around eleven or twelve I had a dream that I was working with animals in the rain forest. And a little over ten years later that dream of mine came true.…

Every year, billions of animals die because of animal testing, abuse and are forced to struggle for survival. Left in unsanitary conditions with no food or water, they have little hope as they live out their days without the compassion they deserve. Some are found and rescued, given the chance to experience how great life and humans can be; others aren't so lucky. It really saddens me to know how cruel the world is and it seems like everything is getting worse as the days go by. To think that anyone could ever have the mentality to harm animals or anything that’s alive and breathing gets me so distraught! I can’t even imagine the hurt and pain these creatures go through.…

Seeing animals in bad shape is a devastating site. If I became a vet, I could provide expert care that animals need to make sure they are taken care of and can try to have the best life possible. The way I look at it is that animals are people to, and deserve to have a chance in life just like we do. Day to day we have needs to help us survive, just as animals do. Ever since I was a child, I have always adored the idea of working with animals when I grew up. I can remember telling my friends and family that one day I would own the most amazing zoo they could imagine, and people would visit from all over the world. Back then; I had no idea what it would take to reach that kind of level, however now my dreams and aspirations seem much less unrealistic and more a goal that I can see myself achieving through hard work and determination. My admiration towards animals lead to consistently pleading my parents to buy me a pet, and I remember them buying me my first pet; two goldfish for me and my sister. Since then, I have had the responsibility of looking after many family pets such which has only made my passion and fascination…
