The book called ‘Increasing Multicultural Understanding’ by the author named Don C. Locke and Deryl F. Bailey have some major historical reference, laws, legislation policy, program and important people that brought their attention to people in order to bring this information to public awareness. For instance the book introduce an important people, “For example like Daniels (1971) noted, “the movement soon developed an ideology of White supremacy and Oriental inferiority that was wholly compatible with the mainstream of American Racism” (Locke, 2014; Bailey, 2014) Daniels brought the people to their attention and try to inform to society about the problem with white American having absolute supremacy against other racial ethics like for Chinese American which is consider to be a racial issues and discrimination in America.
