The pregnancy is removed from the womb, either by taking pills which is called medical abortion and involves taking medicines to cause a miscarriage, or by surgery which is referred to as surgical abortion. Abortion is a procedure that is practiced by society both legally and illegally. Either way, the act of abortion leaves behind irreversible severe consequences. In my opinion abortion should definitely be declared an illegal procedure because I believe that having an abortion is

There is a huge subject debate on the word abortion which is still going on today because it is such a controversial topic that some states are continuing to change the law, so that abortion can once again be illegal. However, throughout the world, there are about 115,000 abortions going on every day and some people are fine with it. An abortion is when a woman decides to kill her unborn child for whatever her reason(s) is/are. That is why many people consider that abortion should be legal since a woman should have the right to do whatever she wants with her body. On the other hand, abortion opponents think that killing a baby is the wrong thing to do because it is a sin to them. Abortion should be illegal even though there is no right or wrong answer for whether abortion should be legal or illegal; it just depends on peoples’ views and the cases on abortion.…

For this week’s discussion/ presentation we discussed the topic “abortion”. Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy by the removal or expulsion of a fetus or embryo from the uterus of a woman. There are two types of abortion procedures; the first is called medical/ chemical which involves the use of drugs to terminate pregnancy and can only be used during the first trimester. The second type of abortion is surgical which involves the use of a vacuum, either manual or electrical. Birth control is also known as contraceptive or fertility control and is a common method used to prevent pregnancy. I will be discussing recent developments in birth control.…

Under what conditions should abortions be allowed? Another controversial to date is abortion. It has been the subject of debate for centuries between many human rights activists, religious groups, and even health care practitioners. There is a myriad of factors that contribute towards the decision if to go for or against abortion. For this reason I cannot make a choice whether I am pro life or pro choice. Most pro-life or anti-abortion people say that the government should make ineffective a woman’s decision to have an abortion in most cases and require her to continue her pregnancy and give birth to the baby. Those promoting pro-choice say that the government should not interfere with the woman’s decision, she should be able to have an abortion if she wants to. So the question I will be exploring in this paper is: Should abortion be the choice of a woman, or not allowed at all? That is a question that has led to many debates worldwide. It is of great interest to me due to the fact I am a women and every woman has the possibility of being exposed to a situation in which they have to decide whether or not to have an abortion.…

What is an abortion? Should abortions be legal in the United States? An abortion is the termination of a pregnancy. Today, abortion is one of the most controversial topics in the United States, some people believe abortions should be illegal, but abortions are legal nationwide. My opinion is that abortions should be illegal because an unborn baby should have a chance at life just like the two who conceived it. Abortions should be illegal because there are ways to prevent a pregnancy, it is the killing of a living human being, murder, and it’s a possibility that a woman can have complications after an abortion including psychological trauma.…

All around the whole world there are about 155,000 abortions are done or chosen by females per day. There are many reasons women choose to have abortions, but my personal opinion is I think it is murder. When a girl gets an abortion, she is taking away somebody else’s chance to live. It is taking away an innocents child life away from the earth. Many believe it would be an okay reason to get an abortion if the girl gets pregnant after being raped, or when they believe the baby won’t have a good life.…

After many years, a scientist finally discovers the cure for cancer. But wait, they were never born because the mom aborted them. Abortion should be illegal because it’s taking someone’s life away. First of all, abortion is murder. Just like shooting a thirty year old man, aborting a baby is murder, because they are being killed without permission. Secondly, life begins at the moment of conception which is when the mother discovers she's pregnant. So, an unborn baby is just as much a human as a born human, and has the right to life. Lastly, if the parent(s) don’t want the child, they can give it up for adoption. Someone else would love to have their child because some people can’t reproduce. In conclusion, abortion should be illegal because…

Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy either surgically or using medication. There are around 301,505.9 abortions yearly. For countless women, abortion isn’t just a simple procedure it’s a life-changing event. I believe that abortion should solely be the women’s decision not that of the government, nor a guardian or partner. The woman is the one that will be carrying the burden of a child so it’s her right to let it live or not.…
