Executive Summary
This report is focussed upon the operational processes of the Tomorrowland festival. The report goes into what the current business process does and then describes the rational for change of the current process and goes into the strengths and weaknesses of this. The report then goes onto describe all the different approaches that are available to use to enhance the new process and then talks about the managerial actions to enhance the process.

Introduction

This is a report that is going to be based upon operations management. This report is focussed upon exploring the operational processes of the music festival Tomorrowland and its ticket sale. It will be looking at relevant theories and concepts that relate to the issue that is being tackled. In this report you will find; a brief outline of the current business process, an explanation of the rationale for change within the current process by referring to its strengths and weaknesses, alternative process designs taking into account why the proposed change has been suggested, what changes have been made, the impact that these changes may have and the strengths and weaknesses of these potential changes.
Overview of Business Operation

Tomorrowland is a music festival based in Belgium and is rapidly becoming one of the biggest music festivals in the world and was first staged in 2005. It differs from other music festivals and is unique as it bases its festival upon a fairy tail decoration. There are a number of different music genres
