In June 2011 they students increase and became 35 students in CSDP and 23 in CHS. As of now they have added additional courses like Business and Office administration and short courses such as Business Application Software, Bookkeeping, AutoCAD and Photoshopping. They only offer this courses maximum of 2 years and they already have two batches in all that have been graduated from these branch. The school is located at J. Corona St. cor. A university’s alumnus grouping is one of its most valuable assets in terms of its potential financial, strategic and social contribution towards the credibility and longevity of the institution. And this is one of their problems. They can’t access accurate information about their alumni and cannot inform them about the latest events that are happening to their school. For them social networking sites are not that reliable enough because of what they call “dummy accounts” and also the information containing the accounts of the users in these sites are not updated frequently. In this case our Alumni Online System is the best solution for this existing problem. Our system has a unique username and password so that it will not have duplicate accounts or what we called “dummy accounts”. It also has real-time forums and comment boxes so that they can interact with their former batch mates and former teachers. Every time they log-in a message will pop-up regarding their auto update for their profile information this way the administrator of the system will have accurate information in case they need to communicate with their alumni.
