Getting your smart phone repaired could be very costly, but if you do some research and repair it yourself; you can save a lot of money. It felt very bad when I accidently dropped my iPhone on the tile floor and this cracked the back casing, but It made my day when I ordered a new back casing for little to nothing and repaired it very easily.
Watch Tutorial Video First step is to search for a tutorial video of how to repair the back casing of your iPhone. Watch the video and get familiar with the entire step. According to the many YouTube videos it is a very simple straight forward process. If you don’t feel comfortable doing the repair yourself then you have to take to a repair shop.
Order the right parts Use credible source to order your iPhone back casing. One of the best site is Amazon, because it has product reviews. There will be many different version of the product so, order the one that has 4.5 stars or better. This will ensure that you got the right part. Currently the back casing repair kit for iPhone is being sold for less than 8 dollars. You also get the tool you need to do the repair.
Perform the Repair After you receive the parts, verify that everything is there and in good condition. You can go back to YouTube and watch the video again to refresh your memory. The process requires you to unscrew two small screws on the bottom and slide the casing upward. Then do the exact opposite and slide the new casing downward. Screw the two screws back in place and you are done.

Conclusion There are many different way to save money in these tought economical times. Doing self-repair of your smart phone is one great way to save money. All it takes is some research and patients to achieve this
