To accept this offer, you must sign a copy of this Agreement and pay the fee deposit outlined in Section 8. Please ensure that you return the whole document. Once this has been done, the terms of this agreement will be a binding legal agreement between you and Victoria University.
Victoria University will then issue you with an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE). You will need this eCoE to apply for a student visa to Australia. Do not apply for a student visa until you have received your eCoE.
