VII.SYSTEM system 1. A set of detailed methods, procedures and routines created to carry out a specific activity, perform a duty, or solve a problem. An organized, purposeful structure that consists of interrelated and interdependent elements (components, entities, factors, members, parts etc.). These elements continually influence one another (directly or indirectly) to maintain their activity and the existence of the system, in order to achieve the goal of the system organization A social unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or to pursue collective goals. All organizations have a management structure that determines relationships between the different activities and the members, and subdivides and assigns roles, responsibilities, and authority to carry out different tasks. Organizations are open systems-- they affect and are affected by their environment.
. The idea of having a bar restaurant is coming from Vice Mayor Phillip Castillo. He is the one put up the establishment on September 13, 2011. Their father loves to collect different kind of liquor so he decided to open a bar business and after a while he give it to his children and now the establishment ran by Gen Castillo. It was merely upon a bar before but then they were open to the suggestion of their friends to serve also food during daytime so the bar transformed into bar restaurant. Their family runs the bar and restaurant. And they have 17 crew for fast serviced.
