Odysseus Aim In Homer's Odyssey
Today is November 10, 2016, yesterday, the aim was “How does Odysseus’s arrival on Ithacan shores compare with his other island adventures?” but we answered the aim in the last quarter of the period. For the beginning of class, we talked about yesterday being Doomsday (Donald Trump won the election) and expressed things that worried us as well as a silver lining. For example, Britney said that the change of party may be a good thing because it is something new. In addition, the whole situation was very miniscule in comparison to the civil war even though two halves of the USA are angry with each other. We aren’t using weapons to kill each other, and have advanced to using words, which shows how we have improved over time.
