Topic and organization chosen and reason for selection

It was important to identify the topic in which I could apply my best capabilities. Initially every topic looked easy to me but when I went into its details, it turned into a difficult one. Therefore, I gave a deep thought in selection of the topic. Though it was hard, but I finally reached at the conclusion of trying:
