Observational Research: The Two Concerns Of Sex Research
Sex researchers have two concerns they must consider in conducting research, ethical issues and sampling. Ethical issues are to be taken into consideration because any time you are working with individuals you want to be sure that their confidentiality and safety are the top priority. This is in efforts to cause no harm to the participants. Sampling may be a concern because the research can be skewed if the sample is not random. A random sample will help ensure the research is not biased.

There are a few methods to conduct sex research. The most common is a survey. A survey ask series of questions or an interview to gather information. Observational research is when the researcher is observing individuals in their natural environment.
