Observation In Elementary School

Imagine being called on by your elementary school teacher to stand and read out loud in front of the whole class. As you prepare to stand an uncontrollable flash of heat rushes throughout your entire body. Your heart beats hysterically, as the feeling of butterfly’s flitter violently inside your burning stomach. You stand as close as possible to your desk, using it as a protective barrier, shielding you from the rest of the class. The noise of the classroom clock sounds louder with every passing second. It’s hypnotic ‘tick-tocks’ sound like a ticking time bomb getting ready to detonate at any moment. All you want to do is run far way, and crawl into a hole and hide, but you can’t because your entire body is frozen solid with fear. As you slowly
