The objective of the study is to access the present payroll system of Dona Aurora National High School, Sta. Rita, Aurora, Isabela.
1) To identify the profile of the respondents in terms of their:
a.) Age
b.) Gender
c.) Civil Status
2.) To find out the underlying problems in the present system.
3.) To find out the procedure of the present system.
4.) To find out the accuracy and effectiveness of the present system.
5.) To determine the possible benefits if the proposed computerized payroll system.

Excessive overtime and excessive payroll staff
Repetitive trivial activities like timekeeping, Journal entry Preparation, distributing payslips
Endless complaints and adjustments
Endless inquiries on loan balances and SSS Certifications
BIR/SSS/PH/HDMF not being paid on time or not being paid accurately resulting in penalties
SSS Loans not being posted properly resulting in employees not being able to get new loans
Tedious year-end preparation for BIR Alphalist diskettes and BIR Form 2316
