In this area you will discuss LEADERSHIP, its styles and approaches. this part should be descriptive which covers explanation of leadership traits
Tasks for P2:
Discuss the major organizational theories and discuss their salient features.
Task for P3: In this task you have to describe different approaches to management with their merits and demerits.
Task for M:
Think about anyone who you consider charismatic leader or a transformational leader or a transformational leader and state the differences and characteristics which make them special also what he or she has done that suggests that he or she is so special
General Criteria for Merit and Distinction
Proper formatting of the report. (Justification of the text and Components like Table of Contents, List of Figures etc.)
Proper Binding of the Report
Very few grammatical/spelling mistakes
Appropriate and needed figures/graphs etc. to be given
Proper bibliography and references given
Usage of Footnotes to explain a term that needs explanation or translation
Appendices (if needed).
