Health, safety and security procedures clarify who is responsible for what so as to ensure that organisation has a steady structure that provide a safe, secure and well balanced business environment for everyone. Also, to prevent harm from occurring to employees while they are at work. It does this by imposing a wide range of responsibilities on employers and managers to develop systems. The purpose of security procedure in a business environment is to secure the building against any loss, theft and fire.
3. Describe three different ways of maintaining a safe and secure business environment.
