In today’s generation things are much easier to access. People are easily encouraged to pick up an unhealthy lifestyle than a healthy one. This is why nutrition in America is very hard to discuss and focus on. People are so quick to buy fast foods and go to quick stops rather than cook a meal because of the laziness. So, I think government should take control on what we eat and drink. Obesity is an epidemic we shouldn’t want our country to be more overweight than it already is and regulations make it easier for people to stop doing it like hiring the prices on cigarettes. Also, some people are not even educated on what being healthy really is and by government regulating it, they’re going to get an understanding on it.
