Nursing Preceptorship

I completed my preceptorship and Stanford ValleyCare Legends in the medical surgical geriatric psychiatric unit. At the conclusion of my preceptorship, I was able to handle full patient load (5 patients) and managed to assist other nursing staffs while coordinating care. Having a strong psychology background has helped me to manage different types of patients from all development level and providing effective care, which I think, will contribute greatly to patient care and help Kaiser grow.
