Possible weaknesses for the company include the inability by the company to obtain qualified staff members. Qualified caretakers are expensive to get and to hire, which means the institution may be required to settle for semi-skilled caretakers. The institution has a wide range of opportunities because the industry still remains unexploited. The company is determined to uphold the necessary requirements, which places the institution in the appropriate position for advancement.
