Nursing Case Study Alzheimer's Disease
Pete is a Jewish man that lives here with his wife and goes to Jewish events and holidays in and around Melbourne. He enjoys tennis and still drives. He does not smoke and drinks only at meals. Spent most of his life in the Malvern area. He is a vegetarian and has an allergy to penicillin.

Current Medical conditions:
-Heart Disease: is wear the vassals are narrowed or blocked that can lead to things Like a heart attack, angina and even strokes (Mayoclinicorg, 2016)
-Hearing Loss: is loss of hearing to one or both ears this can be rapid or slow(Mayoclinicorg, 2016)
-late onset dementia in Alzheimer's disease
-Depression: is the consent state of the feeling of a low mood that can affect your day to day life it affects both physical and mental aspects of your life(Mayoclinicorg, 2016)

-Rosacea: is where blood vessels are enlarged causing a flushed appearance in your cheeks and nose area(Mayoclinicorg, 2016)

Medication:
-allosurinol: helps with the treatment of gout (Npsorgau, 2016)
- Lexapro: helps with the treatment of heart disease and high cholesterol (Npsorgau, 2016)
-Panadol osteo: helps with arthritis pain in the case of pete his gout(Npsorgau, 2016)
-ostelin: is a vitamin d and calcium supplement used to boost the levels in the body(Npsorgau, 2016)
-glucosamine: is to help with the movement of the joints(Npsorgau, 2016)
-ebixa: is used in the treatment of heart disease (Npsorgau, 2016)
Allied health
-social worker: to help with emotional support in the dealing of the disease
-speech pathologist: to help with the communicant problems
-occupational therapist: to make adjustments around the home
-diversional therapist: to design act kitty's to take your mind off the disease to help you enjoy you
