1. What USB capture card are you using? (Adesso or Hauppauge)
2. Is the S-video cable (green, blue, red, or yellow) properly secure into FuseBox? (This is the cable that connect from FuseBox to the USB capture card.

Anything changes to Fusepanel cables will require exiting and re-entering cases for real time changes.
