Eventually, the research article “The effect of nonprobative photographs on truthiness persists over time” is the only article that attempt to discover the long effect of nonprobative photographs on truthiness. However, another research article about the power of nonprobbative photographs on people’s memory was published recently. Researchers Cardwell, Henkel, Garry, Newman, and Foster (2016) found in their research article “Nonprobative photos rapidly lead people to believe claims about their own (and other people’s) pasts” that besides causing a long effect in people’s judgments about the reliability of the information, nonprobative photographs also affects their memory in their own and others’ pasts. The way the researchers conduct the experiment and perform it in the article is compatible with ordinary people. They do not have to have the knowledge of psychology and statistic to understand the concept of the research topic because the researchers successfully explain everything necessary. The researchers also mention the related research topic that may help the readers understand the research question clearer, such as why photographs help people remember accompanying information better, what is Amazon Mechanical Turk, and how their research support others’ previous researches. Therefore, it can be said that the design the researchers use to answer the research question is the perfectest way to conduct the experiment. However, based on the result reported in the research article, further experiments can be conducted. The time between two trials was limited in forty eight hours, which means the researchers are only able to collect the data to prove that truthiness affects people in forty eight hours. For that reason, another experiment can be conducted to determine how long does truthiness persist. If other researchers have the ability to conduct the experiment, they will be able to advise people how long they have to wait before making a judgment on something’s
