1. PURPPOSE To ensure that KTS Furniture Co., Ltd effectively controls nonconforming products as stated in a company provisions. The unintended delivery of products must be controlled under this procedure, and having regulations to manage nonconforming furniture according to appropriate conditions.

2. SCOPE This procedure has been used to control and inspect of raw materials as well as wrong specification of nonconforming products, which can happen from production factors processing, manufacturing processing and examination of final products in the last stage before delivering to customers.
