ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AND YOU WILL BE FEE LIABLE UNIVERSITY STATUS: Your anticipated status at the University for the academic year for which you are applying for Housing. All freshmen (first time in college students) and /or students with less than thirty (30) semester credit hours residing in excess of thirty-five (35) miles off the campus are required to live in University owned or operated residential facilities. Housing agreements are accepted until available space is depleted. Refer to

University Regulation 2.001 (Housing). Failure to comply will result in you being charged two semesters rent at the lowest facility rent. New

Residential Facilities: Traditional - Furnished residence halls with multi-person rooms and community bathrooms. Non-Traditional - Furnished residential apartments with single and multi-person rooms and one to two bathrooms, kitchen and living room relevant to the facility.

During the fall 2014 and spring 2015 semesters, Palmetto South, Sampson Hall and Truth Hall will participate in the Trial In-room Visitation Program which will allow residents to have guests of the opposite gender in the bedroom during specified hours. Absolutely, no overnight guests are allowed. Please do not select one of the aforementioned facilities if you do not want to participate in the program. Female Traditional:

Non-Traditional:
Palmetto Street South Apartments - This facility will participate in the Trial In-room Visitation Program Palmetto Street Phase III Apartments—Honors Community 2nd & 3rd floors building 163

Summer Admit Students - must submit two (2) Housing Agreements. One (1) for Summer Session and one (1) for the next academic year which begins with the Fall semester. Application Deadline Dates: Housing Agreements are accepted until available space is depleted and a sufficient overflow pool is established.
