She really helps me become a better a person and have a better personality. The way she does that is that she leads by examples of herself being active in her community and helps out as much as she can. She has helped me when I needed help with my parliamentary procedure when I thought I couldn’t do it, she told me that I can. Unlike some people she cares a lot about your personal being. Nita doesn’t just pay attention to me alone, she pays attention to anyone who needs her. She is great at encouraging the youth by getting children and teens more active in

One of the leaders that I find most inspiring is Queen Elizabeth I. To me, Queen Elizabeth I represents the epitome of a powerful woman. She was clearly good at negotiating with and listening to others as she was able to convince her half sister, Mary, that she was not a threat. Additionally, she demonstrated an excellent ability to empathize with her subjects since while she did re-establish Protestantism, she was tolerant to all religious practices that were conducted in private. She also positively influenced her followers by visiting her troops at Tilbury and giving an incredibly motivating speech. She showed respect for her subjects by meeting with them personally and making them feel as though their opinions mattered. Additionally, by…

The qualities of a good leader can be disputed among a variety of different skills and abilities. Such as being honest, being a delegate, the ability to communicate, having confidence, having commitment to what they believe in, and the creativity to solve any problem that comes their way. If a leader lacks any of these qualities he will be unable to move the cause forward thus failing as a leader. Few can possess these qualities and become a great leader. For to be a great leader you must have these qualities and can move people in a way few can. These qualities and more can be shown in one of the world’s greatest leaders Martin Luther King Junior.
