Nikola Tesla's Accomplishments
Tesla's rotating magnetic field was once described as “ a thing that may be described, but not understood” Nikola Tesla was a brilliant scientist who had many great inventions that still have an effect on us today. His inventions such as the Tesla coil and AC electrical system make today's mechanical inventions function as well as they do. Tesla achieved his goals by believing in himself and his inventions, despite what anyone said. Tesla would have hundreds of trial and error before he would even come close to making improvements on his inventions. Tesla's determination inspires me and others to pursue and conquers our dreams. Nikola Tesla was born in 1956 and raised in Croatia. Born as the son of a Serbian Orthodox priest. Tesla was always interested in electrical invention, as a child is a mother, Djuka used to invent household invention to help with chores around the house, which sparked his initial interest. Tesla's father tried pushed him into the priesthood, but Tesla’s sole interest was in the sciences. After studying at an institute in Austria and the University of Prague during the 1870s, Tesla moved to Budapest where he worked in Central Telephone Exchange.
