Night Crew Nurturer Research Paper

It is not uncommon that sometimes people are assigned the job that they do not like, and I am no exception from such case. I was assigned the role of a Night-crew Nurturer but there are two reasons why I feel that this is a bad job for me. The first of which is that being a nurturer at night is a waste of my skills. According to the book “The Giver”, Night-crew Nurturer is a less than common job which is assigned to the people who do not take an interest or have the required skills needed for more essential daytime tasks. As for me, I have interests in other jobs in the daytime; jobs that require the skills which I believe I possess.
