NEWS What is News? Latest information or something new: can be regarding current events or development that printed in newspapers or broadcast by the media program; such as radio or television broadcast presenting the important events or developments that have taken place. Is an oral or written report of a past, present, or future event, supposed to be truthful, accurate and unbiased. News must be somewhat factual and exciting that likely to interest mass audiences. Formats of TV News Programmes

A news program, news show, or newscast is a repeatedly planned TV that reports up to date events; normally news reported in a succession of individual stories that are presented by one or more anchors. A news program contains Live or Recorded Interviews by field reporters, expert opinions and occasional insight content. Producers working in the studio in charge for categorising and decide which items are News Worthy and in which order should it be broadcasted. Television news programme is spreading current events enduring from seconds to 24 hours that provide updates on world, national, regional/local news. Less often, television shows may be broken up to replaced by breaking news to present news on stories of great scale. Regional News

Normally is news which covers events in a local context which mighty not interest audiences of other region or irrelevant issues for national or international scope. E.g. Midlands Today is the BBC's regional television news programme for the West Midlands. Which cavers local sports, local crime and justice, local weather, local events for Coventry, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Stoke-on-Trent and Worcester. National News

Describing news programmes that affecting entire nation. This should be coverage of news that is exceptional to people of a particular country. International News
International news also known as World News is the news from around the globe. BBC World News: international news covers news America, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, Reuters is one of the world largest international news agency, sales news in the form of text stories, photographs and video footage to the media industry.

Specialist News Format
Television broadcast Specialist is news person who analysts stories using his expertise on a subject matter, which can be a full coverage or a specialist can be called upon to give his/her opinion a specialised news stories with various formats according to the merit of the story.E.g. Political proceedings, Sports or Business affair. Vox pops (From the Latin vox populi) ‘voice of the people’ short random interviews with the public members to know and roughly judge public opinion about an issue. Wraps
