New York, New York
The most amazing place that I ever visited is New York. It is also called the city that never sleeps, The capital of the world, The big apple or Empire city. This city has many places to visit, some of these places are: The famous statue of liberty, The Empire State Building, Central Park, Times Square, the popular 5th Avenue, and more places. I will talk about those in this essay. Also i will explain why New York is the most amazing city I've ever been.

I will talk about the places that my friends and I visited when we were in New York. The first day we went to Central Park. This is a beautiful place with lots of trees where the people escape from the crazy and busy life in New York City, they can relax, breathe fresh air and admire nature. At night we went to the central square was very exciting because finally I was in that place filled with light, stores, huge advertising, noise and movement that I had seen in movies. It was amazing! The next day we went to the Statue of Liberty. We took many pictures, walked around the island and bought some souvenirs. Then went to ''Bodies The Exhibition”. There we learned more about the organs and functions of these in our bodies. After we were in intrepid, air and space museum. We saw vintage aircraft, submarines and spacecraft simulators. Also we were in Madame Tussauds, and we took pictures with the celebrities who were in the museum. After that we went to NYSKYRIDE this is a 4D simulation on a plane ride over New York. And then at night we were on The Empire State Building. It is the tallest building in the United States with the most beautiful view I've ever seen.

The third day we were in the Museum of Science. There are a lot of experiments that we could observe and interact with them. Then went to CSI: The Experience. It was fun to follow the clues and solve a crime as a professional. At the end everyone got a certificate for having solved the case. Then we were in the American

I don’t travel very much at all but my parents managed to send me on the trip as a kind of graduation gift, a great traveling experience and the sightseeing part of the trip was amazing. We went toured all over the city, went to see plays, and visited a lot of famous places. I had only seen New York on TV or in pictures but I loved being able to actually go there. Just watching TV or seeing pictures on a screen cannot compare at all to actually standing at the top of the Rockefeller Center and being able to see all of Manhattan and the surrounding area as far as you can see, the same can be said about Times Square. Going to these two places were some of my favorite things that we did, along with seeing the Blue Man Group, going to Chinatown, and walking up and down Fifth Avenue. I had a great time actually being able to see and experience everything for myself, but there are more reasons as to why I loved that trip so much.…

Just for extra fun we drove to Chicago and stayed there for two nights. We explored downtown Chicago, all the amazing buildings. We even got to go into the old Sears Tower, which was something that I think everyone needs to see. It's probably one of the best sights I've ever seen, other than the fact I've only seen a good view going down Quincy hill near my hometown.…

New York, New York! I am finally done with high school and can enjoy a relaxing vacation with my best friend. “The stories of this place are so cool!” Said Octavia. “I know! Like the one about Philippe Petit, the guy who walked across the Twin Towers on a steel cable!” I told her(Abbott 10). We arrived at our hotel room at 8:30 am, and we had a tour of the city at 9. We had to start getting ready. “Our room has a balcony!” Yelled Octavia. The view was breathtaking. Every gust of wind that hit my face made me want to live in New York forever. It was 8:40, and I hadn’t even started getting ready because I was taking in the view. “Look,” I said to Octavia. We both turned around to take a glimpse at the beautiful Twin Towers when at 8:46 a plane…

There was a concert, games, art shops, and fireworks. My sister and I got glitter tattoos and we got to make a sea turtle out of sand. My brother was exploring all the games there was and playing one game over and over again. It started to rain hard all of a sudden when the sun was just out shining bright. Employees were passing out plastic rain coats for us to wear, the rain stopped and soon it became dark. The fireworks display was amazing, with red, white, and blue sparks falling down from the sky. Everyone waved their mini American flag as we sang the National…

Some people say that the journey is the destination. That was very true for our trip. We stopped at many wonderful and exciting places along the way, such as an abandoned salt mine in Kansas where we were able to venture deep into the mine. That was a strange and unique experience for me. We also stopped in Tulsa, Oklahoma to see the University of Tulsa. I actually got to go play around on their real game field. That was one of the coolest things that I have ever been able to do on a college campus. We also went to see Mount Rushmore for a second time. It was just as majestic and breathtaking the second time around. It truly is one of the…
