There will be some obstacles along the way of success; hence, at that time motivation can help to not give up. For example, if a football team gives away a goal at the start of match, it should not seize defeat immediately. Otherwise, it will lose the match psychologically, but team losing the match tries to motivate his players. What should be considered is people should work during all of their life. Especially, people who insist to reach their goals have an aim. It is obvious that a good result always has difficult conditions while the good conclusion is being reached. For example, a university student must study hard to graduate. After graduation his/her studies will be useful for curriculum-vitae about grades. Studying hard is not easy while friends have fun, but after graduation person who study hard will have much fun. There is a proverb that every rose has its thorns. It is means that every beauty has difficulties. I have no doubt that motivation and hardworking need ambitious to succeed the biggest aims entirely.
