National Parks
All national parks have incredible educational opportunities, and the more people that visit, means more possibilities of education. In a beautiful park you can relax, free your mind and meditate, or exercise. It’s healthy for the environment. National parks are places of natural beauty. Many people have fun bushwalking, camping or having a picnic. There are lots of things to do in a national park such as painting, taking photographs, enjoying the view and taking in fresh air.

If we didn't have national parks, people would be allowed to build over ALL of the land. If people built buildings all over the land, there would be no more room for nature. No room for trees, no room for animals, just a bunch of buildings all over the place. With no trees... and no animals… we'd all die. We need national parks for survival, nature is an integral part of our lives, and we need to preserve as much of it as possible in order to keep the cycle of life flowing. Aside from its beautiful sight, national parks are protected places where endangered and other animals are allowed to live.

When visiting a national park you need to ensure that you do not disturb plants, animals, special sites, or the enjoyment of other visitors. In national parks rubbish and littering are a main issue, as rubbish can easily cause major damage to the environment. Rules are placed among the park instructing people to leave plants, animals, rocks, shells and soil as they find them because disturbing these things can put the lives of animals and plants at risk and also ruins their
