National Honors Society Reflection
In all the years I have attended high school so far, I have been reminded by many teachers that earning service hours if very important. This was because colleges would much rather accept an applicant that has been doing good out of school and also very rounded, service hours show this. When I first heard about the National Honors Society, I have been told that this is a very prestigious Society because it will help with our service hours and also that it will look extremely well in our transcripts.
My point of view on the function of this organization is that its goal is to recognize students that are not just honor roll but as well as students that have great character, leadership and excellence. NHS also provides students with many opportunities
