PLDT is a leading telecommunications provider in the Philippines and one of the largest market Capitalizations among Philippine-listed companies. Through its three principal business groups-fixed line, wireless, and information and communication technology. PLDT offers the largest and most diversified range of telecommunications services across the Philippines most expensive fiber optic backbone and fixed lined, cellular and satellite networks. PLDT is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE: TEL) and its American Depositary Shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PHI).

PLDT Company is a telephone company that has a major product of wired landline and a wireless landline with the help of PLDT simcard. In the year 1991, Smart Communications was incorporated with its major shareholders at the time being certain Philippine companies and other affiliates of First Pacific or the parents of PLDT as well as NTT Communications Capital Limited. Both groups owned around 96.7% of the new company. On March 24, 2000, PLDT completed its share-swap acquisition of Smart a 100% owned PLDT subsidiary. That is why PLDT Company has also an internet connection to offer to their consumer and not only landline. And for their mission statement, PLDT will be the preferred full service provider of voice, video and data at the most attractive levels of price, service, quality, content and coverage, thereby bringing maximum benefit to the Company’s stakeholders. As the process of their product I can show their diagram how it goes. For some instances like their product myDSL, once you apply this kind of transaction then it will process it as 2-3 weeks. Maybe you will ask why it takes longer to process this kind of product. It is because there are different kinds of system that will flow it before you will activate it. Below of this you well see the flow of the process of their products.

TSME (Arnel Y. Corbito) -Territory Sales Management Executive * Being a TSME of the Sales Department is very important because he is the one managing the two zone of PLDT. As a TSME, he is the one filing all the reports and updates what is his/her ZSAA duties and responsibilities he/she done. TSME is the one reporting the problems, happenings or other stuffs that may related to the department. And of course being a TSME of one department he is the one cheering and make advice to his/her employee what to be done in order to improve their sales when they in the situation of inflation.
