LOUISE JANE S. CABRALES
Louise Jane S. Cabrales is the youngest daughter among the two children of Job and Myrna Cabrales. She was born on October 03, 1993 at Manila. She lives at Hershey St. Phase II-E, Camella Homes Bacoor Cavite.
She took her elementary education in Juan Luna Elementary School at Sampaloc, Manila in year 2006, while her secondary in General Emilio Aguinaldo national High School in year 2010. She is presently studying in Cavite State University Imus, Cavite, taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Human Resource Development Management.
For the successful completion of this report, the student-trainee would like to acknowledge and extend her heartfelt and sincere appreciation to all who helped and have unselfishly shared their precious time, talent, resources and support inspired her and made this endeavor come into reality.
To Ms. Anita D. Avila and Ms. Luningning A. Valdez, OJT Coordinator and Chairperson of the Business Administration and Entrepreneurship Department,for updating and guiding the intern with the most recent information as well as for providing counsel to the studentthroughout the On-the-Job training.
To Ms. Sarah S. Artiaga Sales and Service Head for her kind-hearted willingness to teach and acquaint the trainee with the different tasks regarding the services inside the institution. With this, the student-trainee was able to nurture herselves in working in an innovative environment like PNB.
To Mr. Roy L. Tan, Branch Manager at PNB Bacoor Branch, for his insightful instructions and directionstowardthe different tasks taken by the trainee.
To Mr. Reynald Allan Valdez, Assistant Branch Manager, for showing his overwhelming support to the student trainee and opening a savings account for her as the banks ways of showing their gratitude for the service she rendered in the bank

Significance of the On-the-Job Training
The On-the-Job training has several objectives; one of them is to enable the trainee to grow professionally through the honing of skills and the acquisition of knowledge. Also, the internship allows the trainee the opportunity to pursue a venerable career in a professional organization through the achievement of the company’s objectives of development, customer pleasure and service. By working in a demanding environment, the trainee has the chance to explore and familiarize herself while adding to the growth of the organization. Through the attainment of the company’s objectives, the trainee is able to look at her future career prospects within the organization while obtaining the industry’s expectations by working first-hand in the actual work setting. Lastly, by being able to work with the most advanced technology, the trainee is able to test and apply her knowledge and capacities in the challenging tasks she would handle.
